Delete your account and data
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This page explains how to ask PhomTime, the multiplayer card game published by PhomTime, to delete your account and the information kept with it. It is free, and you do not have to give a reason.
In short
- Write to contact@phomtime.win with the subject “Delete my account” and your player ID.
- We delete the account within 30 days and write back to confirm it.
- Your sign-in, your profile, your results and your social information are deleted. The moves of games you played and the messages you sent to other players are kept, without your name.
How to ask
Find your player ID. Open your own profile card in the app. The ID is the eight characters on the line marked “ID”, with a Copy button beside it.
Write to us. Send an email to
contact@phomtime.win with the subject “Delete my account”, and put your player ID in it. If your account uses an email address, Google or Facebook, write from the email address of that account.
We check that the account is yours. A request from the account’s own email address is enough. Otherwise we will ask you to confirm from inside the app, because other players can see your player ID.
We delete the account. This is done within 30 days of your request, and we write back to confirm it.
Deletion cannot be undone. Your coins, your rank and your history cannot be brought back afterwards.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in: your email address, your password and the link to your Google or Facebook account.
- Your profile: your player name, picture, country and gender, your coins and your rank points.
- Your record: your game results and your coin history.
- Your connections: your friends and friend requests, your likes and your blocks.
- Reports and bans: the reports you made, the reports made about you, and bans against you at tables.
- Your settings, your invitations, and your seat at every table.
If you host a table, it passes to another player sitting at it. If you are the only one there, the table is closed.
What is kept
Some records belong to other players as much as to you. They are kept, but they no longer say who you were.
- The moves of games you played. The other players need them for their history and replays. They are no longer linked to you.
- The messages you sent. They stay in the chats of the people who received them, with their text, but no longer show who sent them. Messages in a table’s chat are deleted 30 days after they are sent in any case.
- Entries in a table’s log, such as sitting down or leaving, and bans you gave as a host. They no longer show your name.
- A note in our own records that the account was deleted, with its ID and the date.
Copies may also remain in our hosting provider’s backups for a short time, until those are overwritten.
Removing some information without deleting the account
- You can change your player name, and remove your country and your gender, in the app’s profile settings.
- For anything else, write to contact@phomtime.win and tell us what you want removed.
If you sign in with Google
Deleting your PhomTime account changes nothing in your Google account. You can also remove PhomTime from the apps connected to your Google account, at myaccount.google.com/connections. Doing only that stops future sign-ins with Google, but it does not delete your PhomTime account, so write to us as well.
If you sign in with Facebook
Deleting your PhomTime account changes nothing in your Facebook account. You can also remove PhomTime from the apps connected to your Facebook account: in Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, choose PhomTime and remove it. Doing only that stops future sign-ins with Facebook, but it does not delete your PhomTime account, so write to us as well.
Write from the email address of your Facebook account. If that account has no email address, send us your player ID, and we will ask you to confirm from inside the app.
If you play as a guest
A guest account is remembered on your device. Removing the app, or clearing its data, does not delete the account from our servers, and you lose the way back into it. Note your player ID before you remove the app, so that you can still ask us to delete the account.
A guest account that has not been used for a long time may be deleted without a request.
